I studied business field. During my university studies I worked in a family firm. But I wanted to get out from under the family shadow and succeed at something myself. I got a job with the company LafargeHolcim, where I began as an Invoice Clerk.

As a 21-year-old I was the youngest employee at the company. My main motivation was the opportunity to work in the English language. I soon became a project coordinator. At present I am working in the position of Transition Manager. My work involves a great deal of traveling. I like the dynamism of it; it brings a lot of changes and the need to make rapid decisions.

I am constantly learning new things. Knowledge is within reach; one merely has to reach out for it. I like working with people, which is more demanding, but if it’s done well, it brings a feeling of satisfaction. I’m glad that LafargeHolcim showed confidence in me and gave me a change to display my talents.
